I’m sure all of you on here who lived heavy at the gym have experienced Back problems
my question is with supplements do you like to use after a rough day to soothe your back
I’ve tried taking hot baths and tried salt baths and all that stuff but it doesn’t do anything for me except make me nauseous
hopefully you can give me some tips
