bad taste of research chemicals

I took some research chems (cia and gw) and tried to swallow it right from the dropped but the taste was so bad I almost threw it up. I cough after what do I do? I hate the taste but want to take the chems

mix it with something you like the taste or use a chaser OR even better, just man up and deal with it... its not mouthwash dude... just take it straight down... the only thing ive ever really done is follow it with water
