Best PCT 4 Sustanon

I am doing my first cycle ever and chose to go with Sustanon 250, pinning 1 ml twice a week for a grand total of 500 mg a week. I am just now realizing that I may not have the best post Cycle Therapy ready for when I finish. I would love to know what I should do for it. This will be a 12 week cycle and total

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... If you want to do a good pct plan it now. 2 weeks after last sustanon shot start pct 8 weeks

week 1-8 pct time, nolvadex 60/40/40/40/20/20/10 aromasin 12.5mgs EOD/E3D/E4D/1xweek and n2generate es 5 tabs per day 4 weeks
