I get a $50 free grocery store card in the mail monthly and i want to use it to buy groceries for bodybuilding
I have a list of things that are supposed to be very good for bodybuilding
steak, beef, venison, chicken breast, fish, and cod
also cottage cheese and low fat milk
in terms of grains rice, crackers, and oatmeal seem to be the most popular
I weigh 210 lb and I think my calories should be around 3,400 a day.
any tips when it comes to all this plan or should I change anything?
