what are the best supplements for boosting fertility? My wife wants kids and I’m only 33 years old but I have the sperm count of a 80 year old according to my endo.
He suggested we got get on fertility drugs but admitted our situation was dire. Which supplements can I try?

What have you done or had happen that might have impacted it? Cos changing those will help.
