So I’m a bit confused on how to use bpc-157 for best results.
My anti aging clinic recommended I do bpc just in my stomach fat. But reading online I’m seeing you are supposed to pin directly into the injury.
I’m gonna start with 250mcg and then increase things as I see fit. How have you ran it and what would you recommend?
