breaking caps of steroids?

I ordered a bunch of oral steroids and they came in capsules and I opened up the capsules and they are in powder form. Is there anyway to cut them up if they are 50 or 25mg each into halves? The reason is I want to sell them to some bros I got at the gym who are looking to get hooked up
 
dude, DO NOT and i repeat, DO NOT go start selling steroids to "bros at the gym" what in the actual fuck are you even thinking... come on man seriously... smfh , stop it

You can open the capsule mix with water and drink 1/2 if you want 1/2 dose.
