I’m wondering if supplements can help with water retention or not.
Currently in my late 30s and I am 5 foot 8--177 pounds
dealing with a lot of water retention and I look very bloated and watery. I’ve increased the amount of carbs I’m getting in because I’m trying to bulk, are there any supplements to help me flush out excess water?
