Please help me understand what kind of dose of cardarine I would use during PCT.
I have pct of nolvadex/hcg but heard i need cardazol/cardarine.
Do I?

20mgs of cardarine in pct is just fine, I wouldn't go above that.

the nice thing about cardarine is that it isn't actually a sarm, it is a PPAR agonist. so you can run it in pct no problem with no worry
