cardazol spacing out doses

Hi everyone,

I'm Gil from CA. Please help me space out cardazol doses.
I would like to take them spaced out not all at once but I'm not sure of the directions.
It says 6 capsules per day but I was told to start with 2 caps?
I train 4 days per week and 3 days rest

Start first 2 weeks at 2 caps/day all preworkout, if you are handling it well, go to next week #3
Week 3 and on, 1 cap cardazol AM after food, 2 caps 1 hour preworkout, 1 cap 30min preworkout, 1 cap right before training
spacing out dosing is very important

this works perfect. also don't use it before bed, it has some caffeine

Just space them out evenly and make sure you don't consume caffeine much later than noon.
