I’m trying to eat healthier and build a better body
on my college campus they have a cafeteria and it pretty much is the typical fast food options to choose from.
Things like pizza, greasy burgers, and hot dogs etc.
when I eat this stuff I can’t even think during class but it’s all they have to offer unfortunately.
What would you recommend I do going forward if I want to eat better on campus?
