Cardio: Weight vest walks for 3-5 kms every day
5 Day Split (M, T, W, T, F):
Monday: Chest, Triceps, Delts
Tuesday: Quads & Hip Flexor
Wednesday: Back, Biceps, And Rear Delts
Thursday: Hamstrings and calves
Friday: Arms and Delts
Saturday & Sunday: off
