I had a question about cutting down using sarms and if it was necessary for me to bulk up first before I cut back down.
I was thinking about increasing my calories up to 5,000 a day and bulking up a little bit and then cutting my calories back down to 2000 calories a day while using sarms at the same time
would this help conserve a lot of muscle mass so I don't lose it back?
