I’m talking strictly to build muscle here but what are the day-to-day supplements that are must-haves if you are going to have the best chance at building muscle and retaining it
I’ve already tried using creatine and it didn’t do much for me the more I read the more it seems like using it by itself is sort of pointless so what else should I use?
