#1. DB Arnold Press - 60 sec
#2. DB Lateral Raises - 60 sec
#3. DB Front Raises - 60 sec
#4. DB Reverse Fly's - 60 sec
#5. DB Rear Delt Row - 60 sec
#6. Side Plank (Left & Right) - 120 sec
#7. Russian Twist - 60 sec
#8. V Pulse - 60 sec
