Plate loaded Preacher curl machine (Seated)
- One 45 lb/ 20.41 kg plate for 10 reps
Pyramid up ^
- increase by 10lbs/ 4.54 kg 3 X for 10 reps
- Last set (4th set) Two 45 plates for 10 reps + Drop set - down to One 45 plate for 10 more reps
V-bar 6 by 6 in. handle Tricep push downs
Pyramid up ^
- by 20 lb/ 9.07 kg increments from 30lbs/ 13.61 kg up to 95 lbs/ 43.09 kg (whole stack) approximately four warm up sets
- 3 working sets of 12 reps with 95 lbs/43.09 kg
Single arm DB Preacher curl chair (Seated)
17.5 lb/ 7.94 kg 3 sets of 10 each arm
30 lb/ 13.61 kg 2 sets of 10 each arm
Hammer strength seated dip backwards
2 sets with two 45 plates random rep schemes (warm up, or even foreplay if you will)
2 sets with two 45+ two 25 plates 12 reps
1 set two 45 plates + four 25 plates 12 reps
1 set 45 + six 25 plates( had to sit normal cus it was hold me up in the air lol)
Drop set took 100 lbs/ 45.36 kg off and got 12 more reps
Hoist bicep curl
80 lbs/ 36.29 kg 10 reps
105 lbs/ 47.63 kg 10 reps
125 lbs/ 56.7 kg 10 reps
Got on the stair master
For a quick 15 min and got a cramp in my quad tear drop at 2:45 seconds. L cardio
Always gotta be prepared should have had my back pack with fluids but I stormed out of the house like a freak. Lesson learned
