we can debate this for 100 pages.
one of the strongest deadlifters in the world in recent years is only 5'5". however he has long lanky arms where he can scratch his knees while standing up. so it has to do with limb length, not necessarily total height.
if you have long limbs you are going to be at an advantage with deadlifts, cleans, pulls, etc. you don't see many great rowers on university teams who have short limbs. they are germans/scandinavian types with long limbs. if you look up the top rowers in the world the WOMEN are 6 foot and up!! the men are 6 1/2 feet. so they are tall and lanky arms. you don't see them my height for a reason lol.
on the flipside shorter limbs you are gonna do better with pressing exercises and curls
