Dumba** noob question dosing

Okay, so I feel like an idiot asking this; as most of y’all who’ve read my few other posts know this is my first time taking SARM LIQUIDS, I got my pkg from umbrella labs yesterday and am going to start cycle Monday. Now my dumbass question: the bottles appear to have a dropper built in, is that a standard size measurement like 1 dropper= 20mg or do I need to go get a syringe from Walgreens to appropriately dose it???

1 dropper = 20mgs which is 1ML
you can use a syringe but I found just filling up dropper is easier
