excited to try sarms first time

my sarms cycle I want to do for my first time is a big one.
I’m 27 years old and 220 pounds
goal is fat loss and more strength
the 2 sarms I want to use are gw and s23.
I know monstro is a big fan on them and I respect him highly!
Please tell me how to run them.

GW is a great one for fat loss but i would do s4 with it at 50mgs a day

make sure you use umbrella!

cardarine is best first time not with s23 but with rad

For fat loss, GW is great but S-23 is not what you want. Stack something like RAD or Ostarine with the GW. Umbrella Labs has awesome products.
