female desperate to get back in the grind

Here we go again, I am wanting to get back into shape. currently I am only 5'0 and 165 pounds, i'm short and cuddly. i divorced my husband finally after years of no attention from him. i want to get down to 120 so i can but the most important thing to me is health and being attractive to men again. do you recommend i start with cardio or weights?
 
I would suggest you go with cardazol/gw 10mgs and fasting, eat in a 4 hour window. 20 hours per day fast.
 
you would want to be doing both... cardio 4-5 times per week for sure... group fitness may be a great option for you to go with as well... then you can start incorporating things like sarms that can help you advance even more
 
the longer you were overweight, the harder it will be to go back. so never compare yourself to a friend on your weight loss journey

the leanest people in the world all eat whole foods, eat in a small time window, and they do some sort of moderate exercise per day. the fattest people in the world (USA) do the exact opposite of that. so as crazy of logic as it is you should follow what actually works

also nothing wrong with cuddly women, they are sexy too. what makes a women ugly is poor attitude and being short tempered.
 
Any exercise will be great so start with what you enjoy more. You will lose more weight based on your diet than any training you do though. Focus the most on what you are eating and how much you are eating.
