hey ladies and gents, I'm 32 years old and 5 4" 120 pounds. I'm not sure on body fat but it is somewhere around 20% or a bit lower. I'm looking to use steroids for the first time and anavar seems like the safe choice for me. is 10mg a day good and wondering what i should avoid besides alcohol of course.

No steroids please. Use SARMS the first time around. GW/osta

20% is 2 high for gear use, id rather see you use sarms especially GW and sr9009 for fat loss and tone up

i would HIGHLY recommend using sarms as opposed to steroids... its a far safer option for you, even more so as a female... they are safer alternatives for everyone but women are much more susceptible to worse side effects with steroids so that makes safer and even more attractive option...

If you are competing then yes, anavar or primo are going to be the safest for a female. If you are not planning to compete, I would just stick to SARMs.
