Flintstones Vitamins?

Maybe a dumb question I don't know please don't flame me too bad. my kids were taken away from me and my ex-wife got full custody, so I've got a whole Pantry of these Flintstone vitamins that apparently I don't need anymore. Do you think these are any good for an adult or are they just Geared for children
 
they are a joke. here is what is in them and you tell me if any of this crap belong in our bodies

bro i don't give my kids vitamins, i feed them good food from ranch fresh

Flintstones vitamins are not real vitamins at all, just a gimmick

Use them. But once they're gone use 3DMulti
 
I remember as a kid they tasted awesome. Thats about all I know about them. I had no idea they were still around. Mist kids dont know who the fuck the Flintstones are
