Anything in particular I should be staying away from? Trying to just gain mass not cut. I stay away from sugar cause I'm not a huge sweets guy anyways.
3/4 eggs in the morning with a fruit
Lunch hasn't been following lately but has been lots of stew lately
Dinner tonight was a chicken quarter, rice and veggies.
PBJ/ nuts and lately turkey sandwiches between. Anything I could intake more or stay away from to help gain more mass would be appreciated.
