Here's my full body workout done in just over 10 minutes. All I need is an exercise mat, ball, dumbbell, and water for hydration. It's hard work, but the gains are worth it. Enjoy!!

#3. Crunches - 30 sec

#4. DB Reverse Lunge to High Knee (Right) - 30 sec & #5. DB Reverse Lunge to High Knee (Left) - 30 sec
#6. Squat Jumps - 30 sec
#7. Bicycle Crunch - 30 sec
30 sec Rest
#8. Curtsy Lunges - 30 sec
#9. Hamstring Curl - 30 sec
#10. Plank - 30 sec
#11. Jumping Lunges - 30 sec
