#1. DB Row (Right) - 30 sec
#2. DB Row (Left) - 30 sec
#3. DB Row (Both Sides) - 30 sec

#4. Floor Press - 30 sec
#5. Floor Fly's - 30 sec
#6. Close Grip Press - 30 sec
30 sec rest
#7. Push Ups - 30 sec
#8. Plank Toe Touches - 30 sec
30 sec rest
#9. Mountain Climbers - 30 sec
#10. Renegade Row to Pushup - 30 sec
#11. Side Plank Rotation (Left & Right) - 30 sec for each side
30 sec rest
#12. Leg Flutter - 30 sec
#13. Bicycle Crunch - 30 sec
#14. Leg Hold - 30 sec
