Hello everyone…just turned 60 and like magic I’ve noticed that the body is starting to get pudgy and not respond for my workouts like it normally does so I’m exploring SARMs. I’m a military vet so I’ve exercised my whole life and consider myself athletic. I’m a runner and also enjoy using kettlebells.

Height 5’10, weight 235lbs.

Training: Gym routine is to warmup with a run, and then depending on the day I’ll do a body group….delts, legs, back, etc.
if I don’t make it to the gym, I use my treadmill and kettlebells or jump rope
Nutrition: I am not currently following a special diet but I generally fast through lunch and have my last meal by 7.
Sleep: this is the kicker…I usually workout later in the evening (9:30/10pm) and it takes a while before I’m ready for bed. Probably 5-6 hours of sleep.
My lack of sleep coupled with stress likely have my cortisol levels high.
Goal: I’m currently 235lbs. I’m trying to drop down to 200 this year.
Supplements: currently taking ashwagandha for stress…and a supplement with Co-Q10 to try bringing down my cholesterol.
Considering trying a cycle of cardarine & SR9009 to see if that will help kickstart things in the right direction.

Before we talk about sarms or using them, we need to know more details day to day what you eat and how you train, this will help us guide you. Example you might need a GLP 1 peptide and so on

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc

My wife is sick of seeing me in swollen mode so she’s taken it upon herself to start making my lunches.
For the last two weeks my M-F meals have been as follows:
Breakfast: protein shake or fast until noon
Lunch: two boiled eggs, tuna sandwhich, coffee, 3 fig newtons
Dinner: chicken rice & broccoli (but I hate broccoli so some days I pass on it)
Hydration: I’m estimating at between 40 & 64oz

If I get hungry in the evening I have a couple saltines and water. As stated…I usually do my PT later and don’t consume anything until the next day.

I tried Semiglutide last year for about 6 months. Lost about 25lbs and then got off. Kept the weight off for about a month and then slowly it returned to my starting weight.
@AFONE you should get on retatrutide bro easier than semaglutide to handle and you can keep weight off long and micro dose it very easy to use, umbrellalabs.is has it

No digestive support (probiotic/enzimes). I’m pretty regular
I have multivitamins but I don’t take regularly
get n2guard its good cycle support and multi so you wont need to get taurine etc that you should be using, you can split the bottle into 2 months

The sandwich is just toasted white bread and tuna mixed with light Mayo and relish

Rice portion is about a cup and a half or the size that would fit in my palm
 
I’m seeing some early warning signs of CHF congestive heart failure in your legs feet and hands. I can tell you get regular edema in all three and that’s going to be an issue with Blood pressure on cycle. I would suggest getting a good cardiologist work up before starting any PEDs.
