I don’t have access to a squat rack at my new gym and I would like to put in a decent leg workout.
My plan I put together for this morning was this:
dumbbell lunges 4 sets
leg extensions 4 sets
hack squats 4 sets
calves 5 sets
stretching
what else can I do at a normal gym that doesn’t cater to meatheads?
