#2. Leg Hold - 90 sec
#3. Leg Pulse (Right & Left Leg) - 120 sec
#4. DB Press - 90 sec
#5. DB Lateral Raises - 90 sec
#6. DB Lateral Shoulder Circles - 90 sec
#7.Corner Kicks (Right & Left Leg) - 180 sec
#8. DB Reverse Fly - 90 sec
#9. Alternating Front Raises - 90 sec
#10. DB Front Raise Holds - 90 sec
