I want to recomp then later on I want to cut more down
never use steroids before and never used sarms either so this is my first time
I'm thinking about using 25 mg of MK ostarine and 20 mg of GW cardarine
how long can I run these?

1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later


1-12 Mk2866 (OSTABOLIC) 25 mg per day first two weeks then bump to 50 mg per day, dosed once a day in the a.m.

do 50mgs ostarine 20mgs cardarine thats a good start

Instead of doing a recomp and then a cut, I recommend cutting first. Go with a stack of Cardarine, Ostarine, and N2Slin.
