I was wondering how steroids can affect hair, both body hair and head hair
I’m planning on a masteron cycle which is going to be mast prop
100mg EOD
And then i want to add in some testosterone and maybe trenbolone?
I’m 32 years old
5’9’’
166 pounds

if you are prone to mpb, then ANY steroid can negatively effect your hair... Masteron absolutely can more than the others as it is a DHT... So if you are worried about hair, I would not use any DHT and mast would be near the top of that list

You have to watch out for DHT steroids as Dylan pointed out. Masteron is definitely a DHT so that could be an issue for you.

masteron going to mess up your hair more so will trenbolone, stick to sarms imo

If you have hair issues many steroids will impact the hair line. Consider using sarms only.

The issue with roids like Mast is that they are Dihydrotestosterone or DHT which is an androgen. The thing is, an androgen may promote masculinization, but may also cause issues like male pattern baldness. Your hair follicles become smaller with your hair growth cycle significantly reduced. So rather than your hair growing out of the follicles, reaching a resting phase (after a lengthy period) then falling off naturally for new hair to grow, you have a situation where the hair reaches the resting phase too quickly, it is thin and brittle as well, then falls off within a short period of time (or your hair growth cycle is significantly shortened). So like the experts on this forum have suggested, rather than run a Mast cycle and risk the hair loss side effects of DHT, you could try other more effective alternatives, such as; Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators aka SARMS. Fortunately for you, this forum is a rich resource of info and contacts for original SARMS. Goodluck.
