I need some help with supplementing when it comes to sleep
I have been using a pre-workout at around 5:30 p.m. and I work out around 6:30 then I come home around 7:30 to 8:00
the main problem is that I have a hard time falling asleep but once I fall asleep I'm good. the issue is I lay in bed till about 11:00 or 12:00 and I can't have that happen. what do I need to change when it comes to my supplementation
