HGH timing

What is the best way to use hgh with meal timing and drink timing? should i be drinking a shake pre or post injection of hgh? I am using 4Iu's per day and plan on keeping this dose for the next few months. also when it comes to food should you eat before hgh or wait a certain time for after? looking for the best strategy.

I would always suggest you take HGH with lower blood sugar. Aka take it in the morning empty stomach, let the hgh boost up.

if you are doing 4iu's a day the way i would do it is in the morning after you wake up and then before bed 2iu's each

I'd prefer to take, if I was using it, 2.5ius a day (or 5ius EOD) and late (for the sleep benefit).

Don't overthink it with HGH. Just split your dose like stevesmi suggested.

2iu morning and 2iu evening if you want to split. When I ran it I just did once per day in the evening
