Hilma pharma (hilma biocare) scared after injecting

I’m laying on the floor right now after injecting hilma pharma products. Used their primo and test in the same syringe. When I injected and pulled out a ton of blood went everywhere and now I’m on the ground in a sweat scared. I had a very sharp sensation when I injected and I fell a burning pain.
I’m wondering if I injected something very foreign into my body should I go to the hospital has anyone had any experience as with their gear like this?
