How best to stack ostarine for healing

what is the best way to use mk2866 ostarine if i want to heal?
Right now i got 3 bottles of it and trying to figure out how best to stack
I'm currently 5 ft 11 in and I weigh 217 lb
I'm 55 years old and spent 20 years working in construction. I think this really has hammered my joints really badly and I need a lot of help to get this turn around because it's affecting my gym performance
dealing with a nagging elbow injury and also my neck is hurting me a lot. I think I have a lot of pinched nerves going on down my arm
