how long to wait between cycles of sarms?

Not much information out there on how long to take in between a sarm cycle
let’s say you do a 12-week cycle like I did which was lgd 10mgs a day and gw 20mgs a day. Because gw isn’t suppressive but lgd is a bit how long would you say I have to wait in between before I can fire up another one?
I’m 217 pounds and 20% body fat and I’m eager to do another cycle as soon as possible

between cycles i would wait 8 weeks and do pct

4-6 weeks is plenty with sarms UNLESS its s23 or lgd3303, then i would go more towards time on = time off

My general guideline is if I'm on for 12 weeks then I take off everything for 12-16 weeks etc.
