How to add sarms to pct?

I am coming off a 12 week steroid cycle
I’m 5’10’’ 177 pounds and 23 years old. I want to recover right i have some shutdown
I have nolvadex and clomid on hand. But i want to add some sarms too in pct to help with recovery. Which ones can i use?

you can use nutrobal, sr or gw in a pct. also ostarine in low amounnts

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) is a process of helping your body recover from a suppressed Testosterone production. As a rule of thumb, only SARMs such as YK11 and S23 need a PCT. The other SARMs don't require a PCT if you cycle them correctly. Still, however, a lot of people do PCT for other SARMs such as LGD 4033.A
