Any clue how to train and use supplements around my weird schedule?
I wake up at like 5:15am, work from about 7 till noon, train at 12pm. Back to work at 1:30 till 4.
How would i use supplements if that was my normal schedule? Do i take my supplements before i train or when i get up?
Or do i wait till i am done training to take them
I use bcaas, whey protein, and multi vitamins
