Do any of you ever experienced the situations where you put on muscle mass and you’re looking really good
and then it seems like a few weeks later your muscles are almost gone and you have a lot of water retention where you can’t even see the cuts anymore
it’s so weird my workouts literally stay the same I’m on a 4-day split and my diet stays the same as well.
I don’t know if I need to just keep increasing the amount of volume I’m doing as I go or am I not pushing myself enough to force my body to keep improving
