I bought some lgd 4033 and ostarine MK from a company called purerawz. the lgd came in a bottle that was 50ML and 20mg/ml. And the MK came in 20ML, 25mg/ml bottle. how should I dose these for best results? I'm 28 years old, 155 lb and have been training for 6 years, looking to build some lean muscle

If you want to cycle lgd and osta, 12 weeks LGD anabolicum 10mgs/day and ostarine mk 50mgs/day add cardazol 5 caps preworkout.
