lower back pain

I had a leg day that was really tough on me yesterday and did not notice anything wrong until today except some tenderness on my last few sets. The next day i woke up and felt it starting in my middle back down to my hamstrings. It feels super tight and i have a hard time bending over to touch my feet. resting makes it tighter, need advice.

You need to take some time off and rest, at least 2 weeks off and break. Do yoga and stretching, sounds bad.
 
small tears in muscles are normal. you grow when you rest. you need to focus on getting high quality sleep at night. that is the secret and when your body repairs itself
