I want to know natural supplements or strategies to lower appetite. i find myself waking up hungry and eating and then wanting to eat over and over all day nonstop. it is weird, then i eat and it is like i wasnt' hungry
5-HTP will help a lot with the appetite on continuous use.. but make sure you bought from a good brand. All is not doing same effect on me.
And also , a lot of coffee... Caffine is strong appetite suppressant if you use right way.
