I'm late getting this Log started, been running for almost 3 weeks now.
1st week I didn't have all my gear yet so I ran:
- 400 mg/wk Test
- 200 mg/wk Deca
- 500 mg/wk EQ
- 60 mg/day Var
Week 2:
- 500 mg/wk Test
- 200 mg/wk Deca
- 1000 mg/wk EQ
- 75 mg/day Dbol (running 8 weeks)
I have AI on hand, have not had to add it in yet, my estrogen usually runs low. I'm halfway through week 3. I will run above dosages 10 weeks, cutting out Dbol after week 8.
Week 10 I plan on adding 600 mg/wk Tren.
Week 14 I plan on adding in Win and maybe Var. Will see how my body feels.
I'm 6'4". I weighed 230 lbs at start and I'm 235 lbs now. My bench max was 250 at start, I hit 275 for 2 yesterday and almost made 300 for 1, I needed spot to jump in, lol. That was my first ever attempt at 300lb bench. My deadlift max is 420 lbs, Squat is trash at 250 lbs. I have a bad knee so it's hit or miss trying to keep up with squats.
I'm eating rice, turkey, chicken, eggs and whites, veggies and that's pretty much it. Lots of it.
What else should I write about?
