Experiencing a lot of muscle pain while I work out
it’s really weird but I haven’t had this happen to me before
I asked a personal trainer at the gym why this is happening and he could have some type of vitamin deficiency and he recommended I take a multivitamin
can you recommend one that I should start taking that you guys use?
