#1. DB Deadlift - 30 sec
#2. DB Goblet Squats - 30 sec
30 sec rest
#3. DB Right RDL - 30sec
#4. DB Left RDL - 30sec
30 sec rest
#5. Wall Sit - 30 sec
#6. Left Glute Kickback - 30 sec
30 sec rest
#7. Wall Sit - 30 sec
#8. Calf Raise Squats - 30 sec
