Here's my 7 minute DB glute workout routine. Enjoy!!
I start up with a 1 minute warm up
This is followed by a 30 second DB Deadlift
Next up is 30 seconds of DB Goblet Squats
I take a 30 second break after the DB Goblet Squats. After the rest, I proceed to do 30 seconds of DB Right RDL followed by 30 seconds of DB Left RDL.
I get to restfor 30 seconds after this exercise, then proceed with 30 seconds of DB Right Glute Kickback followed by 30 seconds of Left Glute Kickback.
I take another 30 second break before a 30 second Wall Sit followed by 30 second Calf Raise Squats.
And that's that!
P.S: This routine is great for muscle building, I'll drop a fat burning workout at a later time. Cheers all!!
