I’m 34 y.o, 6 feet and 230 pounds. I’ve done 3 cycles in the past. (Masteron and winstrol first time). I’m 7 weeks into my cycle. Just finished taking 50mg dbol everyday for 50 days.
Currently I’m taking 30mg of anavar ed (just started after dbol), every 3 days I poke 150mg tren e, 125mg test cyp, 125mg test e, 150mg npp, 100mg masteron (just started after dbol).
I have winstrol tabs I want to start taking as well I just don’t know if i should wait ?
I plan to run cycle to end of December or beginning of January
I have a 4 day workout rotation with one day off. Chest/triceps (max bench other day 360 pounds 4x), back/biceps, (recently I’ve combined) shoulders and legs, and arms by themselves again.
I also cycle forearms and abs with calves and obliques from one day to the next.
I have done little cardio for the past 7 weeks and am gonna start again any day with a high incline walk
My food intake isn’t great I need more calories. I need to write it down as well and I will but probably around 2500-3000 calories A day.
but ontop I drink lots of protein shakes at least 3 sometimes 5, with everything in it
And protein up to 70grams
I also am Prescribed 88mcg synthroid (missed a few random days a few weeks ago)
But I’m sleeping 8 hours at night midnight till 8am and then nap at least couple hours twice a day.. 12 hours a day easy
I took some multi vitamins today to see if I’m lacking in anythifn
