My body aches post workout

I get a lot of soreness after my workouts. I am doing increased high intensity training
I am taking only 20 to 30 seconds in between sets. I decided to try this after seeing some YouTube videos and it was recommended that this will help boost my muscle results
I've had a hard time building muscle. is there something that I'm doing wrong and should I increase the time in between sets. how many seconds or minutes do you usually take?
 
you might have to take some time off from the gym to let your body catch up

and you need to learn how to deload. especially as you get older

you should take ostazol to recover post work 3-4 caps right after with protein
