My Testosterone Cyp, Winstrol and GW contest prep cycle. I'm chimp (just to stay anonymous) , Age: 27, Height: 6'0, Weight: 214 Ibs , body fat 6.1% I’m currently two weeks out from my second show and trying to bring home some hardware! I’m looking to get a little more dialed in and I’m open to any advice.
Diet:
Meal 1: 6 egg whites, 2 Whole eggs, 1/2 cup oat meal, 900mg fish oil.
Meal 2: 10oz White Fish 1/2cup B/rice
Meal 3: 10oz White Fish 1/2cup B/rice
Meal 4: 10oz White Fish 1/2cup B/rice
Meal 5: 10oz White Fish 1cup Asparagus
Meal 6: 10oz White Fish 1cup Asparagus
No Alcohol but will occasionally drink a coconut water prior to a workout if I’m down bad on energy lol.
Gear:
Test C 350 x1 week
Winny 20mg x1 daily
GW 20mg x1 daily
Training:
High volume antagonist training
Day 1: Chest & Back
Day 2: Shoulders, Biceps & Triceps
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Rest
