I spend about 15 minutes on this workout with 5 minutes cardio consisting of Jump Rope, Stair Running and Outdoor Sprints. Bodyweight warmup is also necessary before the DB & Resistance Band workout, enjoy!
I take a minute break each time before repeating this workout 3 to 4 times.
