Approved Log My first sarms cycle - LGD3033 and 4-Andro

Hi guys, after a few days I finally managed to log. This is my first Cycle. Sorry if the log it's initially a little blank on nutrition and training but I'll update it day by day starting on Monday. I'm 174cm tall, my weight is 78kg and I'm at 20% bodyfat, before I weighed 104kg. I'm 24 years old. My goal will be to do 4 weeks of cut and 4 weeks of recomposition, followed by adequate PCT. I will use approximately 20mg of lgd3303 divided into 3 daily doses, as a base testo 4-Andro 100mg per day which is equivalent to 100/120 testo per week (I already know that it would be easier to directly inject testo weekly but I don't have the possibility to do it at the moment and for me this was the best solution to have a calm base, maybe I could increase the dosages but I would prefer to have just a base to avoid problems and not zoom in too much). As a support supplement, being in Europe, I have all-in-one products different from yours but I will list the general ingredients I have:

OCT:
LGD3303 20mg x8 weeks
4-Andro 100mg x8 weeks

PCT:
ENCLOMIPHENE 25mg x4 week

I can add other thing like nolv or maybe inhibitor this depends on how the mid/end cycle blood tests will be or if I notice any symptoms during the cycle. Im think to take cardarina also but idk,dont want other possible side.Im gonna log all those days.

OCT/PCT:
MULTIVITAMIN
VITAMINAD3 5000ui
MAGNESIUM 400mg
ZINC 30mg
BERBERINE 500/1g
ASTAXANTHIN
TUDCA 250/500mg
COENZIMAQ10 100mg
MILKTHISTLE 300mg
ACID ALFHA LIPOIC 300/600mg
And other 2/3 stuff

I will write in the log what I will eat and my training from Monday that I start.
My diet is quite balanced:
Protein 40%
Carbs 30%
Fat 30%

As for training, I work in multi-frequency with the chest and arms, always trying to reach failure or almost, depending on the exercise. With the other muscles I go single frequency.From Monday I will be posting weights and exercises etc here in the log. I hope I have written everything, thank you very much for the suggestions, opinions and above all for the help, this is my first cycle so they will help me a lot.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

don't worry about injecting testosterone either you'll be fine
